Staff working in student-facing roles as higher education or university-based professionals. A maximum of 5 staff members from the same university can attend one training set.
This session is interactive, meaning camera and microphone functions will be required from attendees to participate.
Due to our certification requirements, attendees will not receive a CPD certificate unless they have participated and attended the full 7 hours.
