Thank you for your interest in the Raising Resileince workshops for carers of someone with an eating disorder.

To book your place, please can you fill out, in full, the following questionnaire. It consists of three sections; the information from each will help Beat understand your current knowledge of eating disorders and feelings associated. After the workshop you will be asked to complete the questionnaire again.
